Ok this is a forum game that I've created. Its more of a game than the others, and this was my intention with this forum.
The Berry ThiefOkay, the idea behind this is that there is a Berry Thief or two lurking around a small, peaceful village... and they want to bring these rude thieves to justice. Each player who signs up will RANDOMLY be assigned a duty. Depending on your character, you will have different winning conditions. Since the game is centered around berries, there are several types of berries, each having a unique ability.
Gatherer--(1 or More) This player collects berries throughout during the daytime, and can use the berries to their use. Gathers 1 Berry Per Day. If recruited by the Master Thief this player will become a thief.
Master Thief(1 Player)-- This player is the brains behind the thieves. This player chooses one player to try and dispose of each night. Some players (such as the gatherer) will become thieves if recruited, others would rather die.... As tribute, the Master Thief recieves 1 berry per day.
Thief(0-1 Upon the game's start)-- This player chooses one player to steal 1 berry from in the middle of the night.
Berry Master(Only 1)-- No berries used against this player will have any affect. This player, due to his high respect is given the tie-breaker vote, if needed. He also recieves 1 berry each day. This player would rather die than be recruited.
Investigator (Only 1)-- Can investigate any player each night. This player, recieves no berries to use. This player can't be attacked the first night.
Johhny the Sneak (Only 1)-- This player is a smuggles berries from all over the place... which causes him to recieve 2 berries each day. He will be converted into a thief should the Master Thief Recruit him.
Whenever you take an action (such as investigator investigating or the Master Thief recruiting) private message the Game Master (me) your actions.
Investigations:Gatherer: Innocent
Thief: Guilty
Master Thief: Innocent (he is wise enough to avoid being caught.)
Berry Master: Innocent.
Investigator: You can't investigate yourself...
Johhny: Guilty.
Here is a list of berries. I will pm you each day with the berries you recieved:Red Berry: That Player can't talk on this thread at all the next day. They can still vote and use pms though.
Blue Berry: That player can't use any berries the next day.
Green Berry: That player can't vote the next day
Purple Berry (RARE): You will be safe the next day.... no one can kill you, convert you, or vote against you.
All berry actions will be sent to me.
Winning Conditions:Gatherer: All Thieves are eliminated.
Thief: All goodies (Berry Master, Investigater, Gatherers) and Johnny are eliminated.
Master Thief: All goodies (Berry Master, Investigater, Gatherers) and Johnny are eliminated.
Berry Master: All Thieves are eliminated.
Investigator: All thieves are eliminated.
Johhny: All thieves are eliminated, and you are still in the game.
Voting.....Each day all players will vote to have someone eliminated. Player with the most votes is eliminated. In the event of a tie, Berry Master will pm me his Tie-Breaking vote.
Day or Night???Okay, the
Daytime Phase will begin at
1:00 pm EST and end at
1:00 Am EST.
Night-Time Phase
starts at 1:00 Am EST and
ends at 1:00 Pm EST. Note: I will post whether it is day or night to remind you
Clues.Each day, I (may or may not) send one random player a clue. When they reveal this clue on this thread, they will have immunity from that day's voting. I will not prove it to be true or false until that day's voting is over. So you can fake immunity, but your fellow players might not like you so much the next day......
